Event Deliveries:
Delivery rates vary and are calculated based on the location of your event. To View a delivery rate for your event you must submit a quote online. With delivery, InflataPalooza will take care of the setup and take down so you don’t have to. Delivery includes:
- Complete setup prior to your event at a previously established time.
- Complete take down and removal after your event.
- Please Note: tables and chairs are curbside delivery/pickup only
Customer Pickups:
Save on the delivery fee and do it all yourself with customer pickup. With customer pickup orders, you will be responsible for safely loading and transporting your party rental. Due to the size of most inflatables, weighing as much as 200-800lbs, an empty truck, large suv/van, or trailer is required. It is also recommended to have at least 1-2 strong people to move smaller units, and if possible, as many as 2-3 people for larger units. The following items are included with each inflatable rental:

Inflatable Safety Instructions
Operating Procedures:Â
- The inflatable should not be operated if winds exceed 20mph, rain, or lightning conditions exist.
- All riders must Remove Shoes, loose or sharp objects (Including Jewelry and Glasses), and empty all pockets before entering the ride.
- Group riders by age and size. No Pets.
- No Food or Drink allowed in the inflatable; this includes no gum, no candy, and NO SILLY STRING.
- The rated capacity should never be exceeded. Please refer to the safety chart on the inflatable.
- Minimum 1 trained adult operator should be near the entrance and never leave ride unattended.
- While the ride is in operation, the correct number of operators should supervise the riders at all times.
- No wrestling, no rough play, no pushing, and no flips.
- No climbing on, hanging, or running into side walls, netting, or pillars.
- No running, jumping, or diving into or out of entrances and exits.
- Riders that do not obey the operator’s rules after being warned should be asked to exit the inflatable.
- The operator must strictly enforce all rules posted on the inflatable for the safety of all riders.
- The operator should assist riders (in the seated position) on and off the inflatable.
- Riders are not allowed to bounce or jump on the entrance ramp.
Emergency Procedures:
- Weather: Bad weather can arrive in the form of rain, lightning, or high winds. In each case, you must evacuate the ride immediately. Stay calm and assist riders exiting the inflatable quickly but in an orderly fashion. Once riders have exited the ride, deflate the unit by turning off the blower and unplugging from the electrical outlet.
- Loss of Electricity: When the loss of electricity occurs, the ride will deflate. Remain calm. If you panic the riders will panic. You will have time to help the riders exit safely. This situation tends to cause panic, so please remain as calm as possible.
- Check to see if the blower has come unplugged or tripped the electrical circuit. If either situation occurred; reset the breaker or GFCI and let the inflatable fully inflate before riders reenter the inflatable.
- Damage: If the inflatable becomes damaged while in operation, please take the following steps:
- If the ride is ripped or loses air, assist riders off the unit and deflate the unit.
- Write down exactly what happened. Include all the details you observed and turn this report into an InflataPalooza representative ASAP.

- DO NOT attempt to continue operating this inflatable.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 72 hours prior to the day of your event. Cancellation of event with less than 72 hour notice forfeits entire deposit. Cancellation after set-up has begun or customer has picked up equipment forfeits any refund. Postponement of event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a timely rescheduled event (at InflataPalooza’s discretion). Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of equipment at the time of notification of postponement.
Weather Policy:
During periods of severe weather conditions, arising out of but not limited to rain, hale, lightning, high winds (over twenty miles per hour), intense heat, and fire, the equipment must be evacuated immediately and electricity must be turned off.
InflataPalooza reserves the right to cancel the reservation or end a rental term at any time during severe weather conditions. In instances where severe weather conditions arises after delivery/setup or pick-up has taken place, InflataPalooza has the right to end the reservation/rental term and no refund will be given.
Renter agrees to release, forever discharge and hold harmless InflataPalooza, its officers, employees, and/or agents, and volunteers from any injury, damages, or claims resulting out of, or in connection to severe weather conditions and/or Renters negligence to follow rules regarding weather policy.
Terms and Conditions
This is a rental agreement, referred to herein as “Contract”, and your signature on this Contract and/or payment of money and/or taking possession of any InflataPalooza accessories, equipment, or products, referred to herein solely as “equipment”, is evidence of your acceptance of the Contract terms and your intent to use the equipment received. This Contract is made and entered by and between InflataPalooza, referred to herein solely as “IP”, and the undersigned “Renter.”Â
INFORMATION & TERMS:Â A non-refundable deposit and an authorized signature on your proposal will reserve your equipment and date. The balance is due on or before the date of the event prior to set-up or customer pick-up. We reserve the right to set appropriate rules of conduct and age/weight/time limits in order to best facilitate your event and maintain a safe environment.Â
OWNERSHIP: Renter agrees to keep all equipment in his/her custody and not sublease, rent, sell or remove from the event location. Renter agrees not to remove, disassemble, or uninstall equipment from its setup location or to install any equipment. Renter assumes responsibility for ALL equipment rented from the time of delivery or pick-up to when IPs’ representative(s) arrive for pick up or customer has returned equipment. Renter agrees to maintain any and all equipment rented in its original condition from the time of delivery or pick-up, any alterations or attachments will result in additional fees subject to IP’s discretion. Items forbidden in equipment include but are not limited to any and all liquids, sprays, foods, breakable objects, and sharp objects. If any such objects are found and cleaning and/or repair is required, a minimum one hundred dollars ($100) fee shall be imposed.Â
RENTAL PERIOD AND PAYMENT:Â Each rental period is for the duration of one calendar day, anytime between the hours of 8am-11pm. In the event the equipment is/are not returned at the said date and time, the appropriate daily rate shall apply for each day that the Renter maintains possession of equipment. Renter authorizes IP to submit for payment on any credit card(s) provided by Renter as form of payment on all amounts owed. Â Other arrangement times can be made upon IP’s discretion.Â
DELIVERY/PICK UP: Renter grants IP representatives the right to enter the property at the specified delivery address for the delivery and subsequent pick up or removal of the equipment at the date specified. The same IP representative will arrive to pick up any and all equipment at any time after the fulfillment of this Contract. If a different person arrives for pickup, Renter must first obtain authorization from IP IMMEDIATELY prior to allowing the person to enter property and remove equipment. IP will strive to accommodate Renter’s delivery and pickup requests stated on invoice, however, delays and changes in the schedule are sometimes unavoidable, and therefore, IP does not guarantee delivery or pickup at any specified time. In the event that there should be any changes to the delivery or pick up times specified, an IP representative will notify Renter as soon as possible. Renter assumes responsibility of providing easy leveled access to the set-up location without any obstacles or barriers, which include but are not limited to stairs, sand, and incline which will create passage difficult. Presence of any such obstacles or barriers will result in delivery fees subject to IP’s discretion. Renter also assumes responsibility of informing IP representatives of any underground utilities or water sprinklers that may interfere with staking or anchoring of IP equipment. Renter agrees not to hold IP and/or IP representatives responsible for any damages to customer’s property during the course of setup or pickup. Renter must be available upon delivery and pickup to account for all equipment rented, there is no guarantee an IP representative can return prior to pickup. Â
WARRANTY: IP warrants and Renter agrees that the equipment rented is/are in good working condition upon delivery or pick-up and Renter further warrants that it will be returned in the same condition, notwithstanding ordinary wear and tear. The equipment is/are supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. IP’s obligation under this Contract is limited to repair or replacement of equipment when IP determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and all obligation and liabilities on the part of IP for damages including, but not limited to, consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of equipment. If any problems or malfunctions occur with any of the equipment you rented during the course of your rental period, you must contact IP IMMEDIATELY so we can address the problem. Â

HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION:Â Renter agrees to hold FULL responsibility in ensuring safe operation of IP equipment, to follow any safety rules posted on equipment and/or verbally given, and to supervise the equipment rented and any and all participants at all times. Â Renter acknowledges and understands that any activity in connection to said equipment brings both known and unanticipated risks and that use of IP equipment may involve inherently dangerous activities that could result in property damage, physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or other damage or injury to participants. Renter understands that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. Â Consequently, Renter agrees to release, indemnify, forever discharge, and hold IP, including its officers, employees, volunteers, and/or agents harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of said equipment including, but not limited to the delivery, customer pick-up, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. Renter hereby releases and holds harmless IP from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of said equipment unless IP is operating the equipment and is deemed by a court of law to be negligent in its actions. IP cannot under any circumstances be held liable for injuries as a result of acts of God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Renter also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IP from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the term of this contact and any extension thereof.Â
MERGER CLAUSE: This signed Agreement in conjunction with the InflataPalooza Rental Agreement (REQUIRED to be completed and signed by the renter of age 18 or older at time of delivery or customer pick-up) contains the entire agreement between the Renter and IP. No amendment whether from previous or subsequent negotiations between the Renter and IP, shall be valid or enforceable unless in writing and signed by all parties to this contract. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereof.Â
INFLATAPALOOZA WILL:Â
1. Provide all said equipment in good working order. Â Â
2. Coordinate and have said equipment ready for pickup/delivery. Â Â
3. Only for customer pick-up orders: Â Provide a handtruck and straps for equipment.Â
4. Only for delivery orders: Â Deliver and setup prior to starttime, takedown and pickup equipment after endtime.Â
RENTER WILL:Â
1. For customer pickup orders:  Have means to LOAD AND TRANSPORT safely, equipment of 5’x5’x6′ in size, weighing 200-800lbs.Â
2. For delivery orders: Â Have someone at event location to direct IP representatives for delivery orders.Â
3. Provide 110volt/20amp electric circuits at event location and 10/14 gauge cords for distances beyond 100ft. Â Â
4. Provide a minimum of 1 adult volunteer to operate and supervise each equipment for entire duration of event. Â Â
5. Read and strictly adhere to all Operator Safety & Set Up Instructions and provide a copy to all operators and volunteers.  Â
6. Require each guest to complete a Guest Liability Waiver for each participant.
